Can't find your Garden Membership?

When you have upgraded your ticket or bought a membership online, you will need to find your unique membership QR code for entry to the garden.
You can access this via the Candide app or website.

Accessing your membership on the Website

Go to and log into your Candide account, using the email address you signed up with. You will find any memberships associated with your account there.

Accessing your membership on the App

Step 1
Download the Candide app via GooglePlay or the Appstore. Tap 'Sign in' and then 'I have an account'.

Log in using the email address and password you created when you bought your membership.

Please tap on the Ticket Button to open up the user Ticket Wallet.

When the Ticket Wallet opens you should be able to see a picture of the garden.

Tapping on the image of the garden will open up your membership to scan when you visit the garden.
