Adzuki Bean Overview

Vigna angularis - or Adzuki Bean, as it's more commonly known - is mostly cultivated as an edible crop. It has attractive pea-like, yellow flowers and is a drought tolerant plant. Grown as an annual - and only under glass in temperate climates - V. angularis is also used as a green manure and for soil erosion control.
