Common Star Of Bethlehem Overview

Bulbous perennial species with a spreading growth habit, reproducing rapidly through offsets. Foliage is linear and attractively veined with white in the centre. Star-shaped, pure white flowers are produced, tinged with green on the outside. These are produced on branched inflorescences during early summer.
