Chinese Privet Overview
Ligustrum lucidum is an evergreen tree species that produces oval foliage with a glossy texture. Leaves are around 15cm long. Flowers are cream-white and arranged densely on branched stems known as a panicle, these are also around 15cm long. Small cream-white flowers develop in panicle arrangments measuring up to 15cm long. These are produced from summer through to early autumn and may lead onto black berry fruits.
