Brook Thistle Overview

Cirsium rivulare is a spreading perennial plant from the Asteraceae family. It has a clumping habit and is native to Europe. Commonly known as Brook Thistle. Bears lance-shaped to oblong, pinnatifid dark green leaves to 35cm. Small, dark red-purple flowers appear in early summer. Grows to a height of 1.3m.
