Crimson Cestrum Overview

A vase shaped, vigorous evergreen shrub native to Mexico. Dark green leaves are soft and velvety and smell quite unpleasant when crushed. Lightly perfumed, pendent flowers are in shades of red, purple and pink; these are born in mid summer and are followed by drooping clusters of deep red-purple fruit.
