Geranium robertianum is also known by many common names including Herb Robert and Fox Geranium. It is an annual or biennial species from the Geraniaceae family that typically grows to around 30cm tall with a spreading and branching growth habit. Foliage is finely divided and aromatic. It produces sprays of small, pink flowers measuring around 1cm across from summer through to autumn. May be used as groundcover, this plant is frequently found in shady corners, growing from between rocks or paving. It is hardy and considered a weed in many locations due to its spreading tendency and ability to self-seed.
