African Dogwood Overview
The African dogwood is a very attractive dense shrub or a small tree. It has glossy green foliage and colourful fruits, which at various stages are green, yellow, red and purple or all at the same time. It is fit for small gardens and hedges, especially in cold areas. It grows naturally at medium to high altitudes, near streams or along forest margins. This tree is no relation of the American and Asian dogwoods (Cornus spp.).
