Pambati tree Overview

Anastrabe integerrima is a multi-stemmed, long flowering, evergreen shrub, or small tree in the Scrophulariaceae family. It has a compact root system, making it ideal for the smaller garden. In gardens it reaches an average height of 3 to 5m, in its natural forested habitat this can increase up to 10m, sometimes more. This plant forms an impressive hedge in the carpark and entrance to Babylonstoren garden. Shy little yellow flowers lure you close to admire. Native to Kwazulu-Natal in South-Africa.
