Italian cypress Overview
This species is a tall vertical columnar tree which has dark greyish-green foliage with very tiny scale-like leaves, which are in slightly flattened sprays, with large slightly elongated, pale brown cones. It has an upright narrow shape with fragrant foliage. The cones are decorative and will form when the tree starts to mature. They will grow quickly when it is young and more slowly as it starts to age.
