Tulip Tree Overview

Liriodendron is a small genus containing just 2 species of large deciduous trees in the Magnoliaceae family. One species is native to Eastern North America and the other native to China. Commonly known as Tulip Tree, they have lobed or notched leaves with good Autumn colour and large green and orange flowers that superficially resemble tulips.
