Lavandula angustifolia 'Ellagance' is a series of compact, upright, evergreen shrubs with strongly scented flowers in a range of attractive colours. This series has been commended on its ability to set flower in the first year of growth. These cultivars have a well-branching and bushy growth habit, producing large flowering spikes over a long time period across the summer. Foliage is silvery-green and contrasts attractively with the bright blooms. Lavandula angustifolia 'Ellagance Ice' is a cultivar with white flowers flushed slightly with blue. it makes a nice low-hedging plant due to its uniform habit, typically grows to around 35cm high.
