Buddleja davidii 'Summerhouse Blue' is a compact variety that was originally discovered by Peter Moore, at Longstock Park Nursery near the Summer House. Producing conical-shaped panicles of the palest china blue flowers that can get to 25cm in length that contrast with the silver-grey foliage. This species is part of the Royal Horticultural Society “Plants for Pollinators” initiative to showcase plants that support pollinator populations by providing ample nectar and/ or pollen. A great choice for encouraging pollinating insect wildlife into your garden!
