Sorbaria 'Sem' Overview
Sorbaria sorbifolia 'Sem' is a gorgeous cultivar with stunning, colourful young foliage. Leaves are highly textured, narrow and roughly oval in shape, with pointed tips and toothed margins. Commonly known by the names Sorbaria 'Sem' and Ural False Spirea. The flowers are delicate and showy, coloured white and arranged densely on upright panicles, these appear in the summer. This cultivar has earnt a Royal Horticultural Society Award of Garden Merit.
How to propagate Sorbaria 'Sem'
Take semi-hardwood cuttings in mid-summer.
Rooted suckers are best separated and transplanted in autumn to winter.
