Potato 'Pink Fir Apple' is a late main variety that produces a long and knobbly waxy tubers with a pink skin and a creamy yellow flesh. It can also be harvested early and used as a salad potato or fried whole. Solanum tuberosum 'Pink Fir Apple' has been listed from 1850 and has an amazing flavour that is a firm favourite. This cultivar has earnt a Royal Horticultural Society Award of Garden Merit and is more slug-resistant than other cultivars.
