The all-rounder of the herb world…if marjoram could play cricket it’d be great at the crease, would make a few dazzling catches and take the odd wicket with some deceptive leg spin …use it for soups, stews, salads and dressings! Marjoram can also add a little something to a herbal tea. Citrus and pine-like flavours.
