Schefflera species are wonderful tropical plants which are fairly low maintenance and air purifying. Arboricola is the dwarf variety and features glossy leaves that droop gracefully from a central stalk, resembling an umbrella. Best located in bright indirect light. Direct sun may be too strong and could scorch the leaves. You can wait until the soil in the pot dries out significantly and then water thoroughly and drain any excess water away. Reduce watering during colder months. Brolly thrives in moist air like its native rainforest habitat. Be careful, this plant is toxic to pets and people if ingested.
