The plant prefers dry soil conditions such as sands and thin, rocky soils, where its roots are never waterlogged.
Full Sun - At least 6–8 hours of sun per day
Grows up to 1.5m in height with a 1m spread. Takes 5 years to reach maturity.
Fertile Loam – The soil type that we all love! It contains silt, sand and clay.
Sandy – Large particles that feel dry and gritty and can't hold water.
This plant will not survive cold temperatures.
Toxic to cats and dogs but it is harmless to tortoises who enjoy eating them.
