Can't do a press up? No problem! Get active with us, exercising in a friendly environment where everybody is welcome regardless of current fitness levels. Our instructor Dan will be there to motivate you and slowly build your strength and resilience; this is circuit training done at your own pace in a fun atmosphere where all elements are tailored to suit you and your needs. Price includes entry to the Active Base changing rooms, which have showers and secure lockers.
